16 – 20 October this year The Faculty of Business Management will host the International Student Symposium on Logistics and International Business. The theme of the symposium is "New Technologies for Supply Chain and Business Transformation", under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aurelija Burinskienė.
The first symposium of this type took place in 2008 in Celje, Slovenia, and since then, every year, lecturers and students from all over the world meet to develop projects and exchange ideas and experiences. The symposium provides an opportunity for students from different countries and cultures to gain experience in presenting their projects and participating in a discussion with an international audience. During the Symposium, students will have the opportunity to attend lectures by foreign lecturers and go on excursions to companies to gain practical experience.
The symposium is organised within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme (2021-2027), the new student mobility option Blended Intensive Programmes (BIP).
