| 2013-2015 | In the period of 1 March 2013 – 28 February 2015, Ilona Valantinaitė worked as a scientific trainee in the framework of the project “Implementation of PostDoc Research Fellowship in Lithuania” (Project No. VP1-3.1-ŠMM-01-V-02-004), financed from the European Union structural funds following Operational Programme of Human Resources Development for 2007-2013, Priority 3 “Enhancement of Researcher Abilities”, Measure VP1-3.1-ŠMM-01 “Promotion of the Mobility of Scientists and Other Researchers and Students’ Research Papers”. The general value of the project was 6 419 042,52 Eur., the contribution of the EU was 3 882 154,56 Eur. The project received 6 142 713,02 Eur., out of which 3 715 034,03 Eur. from the EU funds. The theme of the individual PostDoc research fellowship was “Application of Virtual Teaching/Learning Environments in Training Technology Teachers: Interdisciplinary Aspect”. During the project, the researcher implemented an action research (experiment) in Lithuanian University of Educational Sciences and conducted a quality research into creativity expression. The participants of the PostDoc placement were students – future specialists. The research results were disseminated in international conferences and scientific journals. |
| 2014-2016 | Associate Professor of VGTU participated in the project "GRADUAL: Improvement of Student/Graduate Readiness for Employment" (2014-1-LT01-KA203-000645). The coordinator: Lithuannian Confederation of Industrialists "Patirties partneriai“ (Fundacion Universidad-Empresa (Spain), Saltire Foundation (Great Britain), Global Lithuanian Leaders (Lithuania), Universidad Camilo Jose Cela (Spain), Vilnius University (Lithuania), Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (Lithuania), Kaunas University of Technology (Lithuania), Vytautas Magnus University (Lithuania), and Klaipėda University (Lithuania). The value of the project was 150453 Eur, out of which 12755 Eur funded by VGTU. The project was financed following Erasmus+ strategic partnership programme. The aim of the project was to enhance the abilities of business and university intermediary organisations to render efficient and innovative services for universities and companies in pursuance of improving learners' readiness for labour market via the schemes of student and graduate practices and other means of practical training and career orientation. | 2020-2020 | Participation in the LMT project "EKSTRE: Model of Distance Working and Learning Organization and Recommendations for Extreme and Transition Period" (No. P-COV-20-54). The project is coordinated by Kaunas University of Technology, with partners Vilnius Gediminas Technical University and Vilnius University. The project's objective is to develop a reliable and secure model for organizing and conducting remote work and learning under limited technical and informational resources. Additionally, it aims to provide recommendations on how to apply this model during extreme and transition periods, as well as for preparing for future emergency situations. The project includes active engagement in planning, implementation, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of qualitative and quantitative research. Project budget: 99,957.0 EUR. |
