A guest lecturer Dr. hab. Tomasz Dorożyński about the – “ Investment incentives and mnes location choices”
Faculty of Business Management administration invites everyone on September 22 at 18:00 in SRK-I 211 class or in zoom to listen to a guest lecturer Dr. hab. Tomasz Dorożyński talks about the – “ Investment incentives and mnes location choices”.
Prof. Tomasz Dorożyński, Ph.D. works in the Department of International Trade, Institute of Economics, Faculty of Economics and Sociology, University of Lodz. Master's degree (2000), post-graduate in European Studies (2001), PhD in economic science (2007), post-graduate in public procurement (2008), habilitation in economics and finance (2019), associate professor (2020).
So far, he has been involved in 15 research projects, also as a project manager, 6 of them were co-financed by the EU. On top of that, he received three grants for young researchers. Results of his studies have been presented on numerous occasions to domestic and international conferences, e.g., in the UK, USA, Japan, Sweden, Germany, Brazil, S. Korea, France, Iceland, Austria, the Czech Republic, Turkey, Spain, Greece, Denmark, Belgium, Hungary, Romania, Lithuania, and Latvia. His research work focuses, inter alia, on internationalization, FDI, MNEs, investment incentives, location determinants, investment attractiveness, SMEs, entrepreneurship, special economic zones, and regional development.
