EUROPAVOX CAMPUS 2025: EMPOWERING YOUTH THROUGH MUSIC
Europavox Campus 2025: empowering youth through music
Europavox Campus 2025 is the third edition of this pioneering initiative aimed at fostering musical talent, cross-cultural exchange and youth engagement across Europe. This year, Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (Vilnius, Lithuania) joins the consortium, marking a new chapter for the project alongside Université Clermont Auvergne (Clermont-Ferrand, France), HVL (Bergen, Norway), Universitatea Ovidius (Constanța, Romania), and OTH (Regensburg, Germany). Together with social and cultural organizations makesense and Europavox, the consortium is set to redefine creativity, music, and youth collaborations through the first European music springboard for students.
This year-long initiative brings together over 130 people — students, university staff, young citizens and partners — working together to shape the project, around three key categories of participation:
-
The Musicians. From October 2024, student musicians are invited to apply to represent their university at the regional springboards. Finalists from each university will be selected to participate in the European final.
- The Organizers. Students will contribute to the production and promotion of the regional and European springboards. Through communication, content creation, and workshops facilitation, this delegation strengthens project participation and visibility.
- The Explorers. Open for application to young citizens from across Europe – students or not-, Explorers share their insights on music, Europe or creativity through campus.europavox.com. They also participate in the European final week as reporters.
Creating connections among them, these three groups collaborate to produce and promote five regional finals and the European final, alongside journalistic content on campus.europavox.com.
5 Regional Finals
Starting in October, student musicians can register for regional springboard finals. A jury of professors, students, and music industry professionals will select qualifying artists for the finals scheduled in February and March 2025. The five winning artists will represent their universities at the European grand final!
European Final Week – April 7th to 11th, Regensburg (Germany), hosted by OTH
From April 7th to 11th, Regensburg will welcome a delegation of over 60 young people (including explorers, organizers and musicians) and staff from participating universities and organizations. This week will be filled with meetups, sightseeing, creative workshops and performances, bringing together the citizens of Regensburg and the Europavox Campus delegation.
On the evening of April 9th, the five finalists will perform during a live event, where a pan-European jury will select the winner of Europavox Campus 2025!
