Participants of IWPMA 2025 are invited to submit a one-page abstract by March 15, 2025. Abstract must include motivation of the research, highlight key features and novelty of topic, shortly describe main results and conclusions. Relevant references can be included as well.
Abstract must be prepared as Microsoft Word file (.doc or .docx). The corresponding author must provide a signed copyright agreement together with the abstract during the submission process. Authors of the contribution must register and pay registration fee. Only one presentation per registered person is allowed.

The presentation time for a keynote lecture is 35 minutes, including discussion.

We strongly encourage you to bring your presentation on a USB flash drive to IWPMA 2025.

Using your laptop with an HDMI connection is allowed. Make sure to bring with you your adapter plug if needed. As a precaution, we warmly suggest you have a copy of your presentation on a USB flash drive.

The Book of Abstracts will be released before the conference in both physical and electronic formats, allowing attendees to choose their preferred medium. Each version will carry an official ISBN, establishing it as a formal, citable academic reference. Physical copies will be distributed at the conference, while the electronic version will be available online, providing convenient access to review abstracts and prepare for sessions in advance.
