INTERCONNECTION
Architecture transforms the world by collaborating with diverse fields. The effective design of a livable environment relies on integrating various domains of science and knowledge. In today's society, interdisciplinary collaboration can ignite significant advancements even among seemingly unrelated disciplines. This exchange of methodologies is vital in addressing challenges like climate change and geopolitical tensions, where integrating various scientific fields is essential for developing sustainable, resilient solutions that preserve nature, support cultural identity, protect personal freedoms, and enhance urban security.
We highly invite you to participate in discussions about how our architectural research and educational approaches align with future trends in the profession. Contributions from various academic disciplines will significantly enhance this conversation – renowned speakers from outside architecture will deliver inspiring and thought-provoking talks.
This is an annual event of the EAAE, providing an opportunity to meet and discuss issues concerning the current state of architectural education and research, as well as contemporary conditions of the profession. The summit is open to deans and heads of schools of architecture who are members of the EAAE. The financial part of the EAAE General Meeting also takes place during the second day of the Summit.
