The conference will be held in Vilnius, Lithuania. The opening day with registration, opening keynote and reception, all sessions will be held at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University – VILNIUS TECH Faculty of Transport Engineering (Plytinės g. 25, Vilnius).

Participants are expected to organise their travel and accommodation, Vilnius Gediminas Technical University will not reimburse these expenses.

The Organizing Committee will arrange several social events during the Conference.
The conference dinner will be organised for the participants in the evening of the first day of the Conference.
