Participation of faculty's researchers in the international conference "Transport Research Arena"
From the 15th till the 19th of April our Faculty‘s Vice-Dean of Science and Projects Development, Associate Professor of the Department of Mobile Machinery and Railway Transport, Dr. Paulius Skačkauskas, together with Dr. Mykola Karpenko(Associate Professor of the Department of Mobile Machinery and Railway Transport), prof. dr. Aldona Jarašiūnienienė (Professor of the Department of Logistics and Transport Management), and a PhD student of the Department of Mobile Machinery and Railway Transport Laurynas Meilus were attending the international scientific conference „Transport Research Arena“ (TRA) in Dublin, Ireland, and presented the results of their scientific research.
Dr. M. Karpenko, Dr. P. Skačkauskas and Prof. Dr. O Prentkovskis have presented the presentation titled: „Investigation of vibration and frequency transmission to riders from electric kick-scooters on various urban pavements“.
Dr. P. Skačkauskas and Dr. M. Karpenko have presented the presentation titled: „Hybrid path planning approach for the autonomous obstacle avoidance during cornering“.
Prof. Dr. A. Jarašiūnienė and Rytis Engelaitis have presented the presentation titled: „The attractiveness of public transport in the context of sustainable development“.
