2. Abstracts should be submitted to the Conference organizers as soon as possible and must arrive not later than 25 May 2025. 

3. The abstract should NOT be faxed or posted. 

4. Figures or photographs will be accepted. Graphics should be prepared as JPEG or GIF files. 

5. The abstract should clearly state the purpose, methods and results of the study. Its extent is not more than 2 pages. Its form see “Form of abstracts” 

6. Abstracts will be reproduced as submitted. 

7. The extended abstract will be printed and published on Conference web site, and each participant will receive a copy of abstract book on the opening day of the Conference. 

8. Please indicate one topic in the list of scientific conference topics. 

9. Notification of acceptance/rejection will be dispatched only to the main author not later than 25 May 2025.

10. Full paper must be prepared by requirements stated in “Form for full paper”. All volume of pages should be 4 or 6. Additional pages to 6 are charged 50 €/page. 

11. Full papers will be printed in the IOP Proceedings IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) (covered by ISI Proceedings Citation Index ).
 

12. The best and selected authors can be invited to submit their papers to the scientific Journals of Mechanics, Material Science, Vibroengineering (JVE) or Transport.
