Instructions for Authors
Conference Proceedings will be Published in SPRINGER NATURE Conference Proceedings. All selected and high quality papers will be sent to international databases and indexed in Clarivate Analytics Web of Science ISI Proceedings and Scopus.
All Authors must to sign in to the EquinOCS Springer Nature submission system and to upload the paper. NOTE: EquinOCS Springer Nature submission system will be opened later (see important dates).
Important notice to young researchers
RILEM offers a one-year free RILEM membership to the best papers (awardees must be under 35) and the best paper awardee has the possibility to submit a paper to RILEM Technical Letters. The organizers will choose the recipients of the awards and send to RILEM their details.

Paper length must be 6-10 pages. Key-note papers length 12-15 pages. All accepted papers will be reviewed by at least 3 reviewers. Articles will be not edited, therefore Authors are responsible for preparation of articles according to the guidelines given in paper template.
The language of the manuscript submitted for consideration for possible publication will be evaluated by our editors to decide if it is of sufficient quality. If English is not your first language, it is strongly recommended to have your manuscript checked by a native speaker of English language before submission, in order to make it acceptable.
Posters should meet the following requirements (Template of Poster):
Size: A1 format (594 x 841 mm), single sheet, portrait oriented;
Quantity: one poster for one presentation;
Color: could be colored, greyscale or black & white;
Please use the appropriate sizes of text fonts and figures. Text, formulas, schemes, pictures, etc. should be clearly readable/visible from a 1-2 meter distance;
Required content: presentation title (Font Size no less than 20pt, uppercase), authors (below the title), institution and city, country (below the authors), main material (preferable in graphical format), key conclusions (Font Size no less than 14pt);
Graphical information (not the text) should occupy the major part of the poster;
Print: posters should be printed by authors;
Poster exhibition: organisers will arrange the poster exhibition facilities;
At least one of the authors should actually participate in the dedicated poster session, present it's poster and answer the questions (if any);
Conference organizers will provide participants with the appropriate vertical surfaces (walls or stands).
