The aim of the conference is to provide a platform for the presentation of innovative advances, research results and key topics in the fields of business, management and economics.
In an era of economic, technological, and societal transformation, business and management are being reshaped by innovation, sustainability imperatives, and shifting geopolitics. The 16th International Scientific Conference “Business and Management 2026 – Global Shifts and the Future of Competitiveness” invites scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to discuss how organizations and markets can adapt and thrive amid these changes.
This year’s conference advances theoretical understanding and practical insights into how global shifts influence competitiveness in a rapidly evolving world. It fosters an environment where academic rigor meets managerial relevance, promoting dialogue across disciplines and sectors.
