International Panic Day
The International Panic Day occurs on June 18 each year. Despite its seemingly light-heartedness, the celebration strives to draw attention to a very serious problem that most people encounter at some point in their lives.
The purpose of International Panic Day is to raise awareness of the severe incidence of panic disorders and the value of mental health. The goal of the celebration is to offer support and understanding to people who may be experiencing difficulties, while also increasing public awareness of panic attacks, anxiety disorders, and associated conditions. The day serves as both a reminder of the challenges experienced by those who deal with panic attacks and a call to action for society to promote a more empathetic and supportive environment.
VILNIUS TECH encourages its community to take some time to consciously focus on reducing stress and taking some time to celebrate International Panic Day! It is an ideal opportunity to step back, unwind and try to let some of the stress and panic disappear.
