Library resources for preparing for exams and assessments
Now begins the exam session, a rather difficult time in each student’s learning activity. The library can also help prepare for the reporting period, and offer solutions for more effective learning, and provide spaces for communication and collaboration with colleagues. This period is stressful. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare well so that you can feel confident and calm.
Considering to security requirements, this semester many of the exams will be conducted remotely. The library’s collection of books and information resources provide students with opportunities to prepare, plan, and take exams remotely. We offer you library services and resources that can be useful in preparing for exams and assessments.
We invite you to use the information bridge Library – University – Student (BUS). Here you will find lists of the literature of the studied subject, link to the place of publication, e-resources, the ability to view the covers and contents of publications, read part of the publication in the Google Books system, the latest thematic literature, and a search of publications in the Virtual Library. In one place, you will find all the information necessary for studies in VGTU University.
How to find recommended e-books >>>
If you can't find recommended books in electronic format, you can order the necessary books in the VGTU virtual library and take back them in the central library (1st floor, room 101) and the reading rooms of the specified faculties.
If you are unable to attend the library, you can use the copy order service. You will receive the ordered copy of the publication in an electronic format in your e-mail. You can order the service by logging in to the Virtual Library profile, select the required publication, and click "Order a copy".
The service is paid. In the Virtual library, you will find a description of the publication. There you will find a link to the content of the publication, and you will able to choose the pages of the publication you need.
