Another generation of EF and MF graduates has been sent off
In its fifth diploma awarding ceremony, VILNIUS TECH proudly sent off graduates from the Faculties of Electronics (EF) and Mechanics (MF).
During the ceremony, the vice-rector for studies, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zivile Sedereviciute-Paciauskiene, congratulated the students for choosing such promising fields and encouraged them to continue their studies towards higher degrees.
"You are stepping into the world to create your own success stories. The demand in your chosen fields is rapidly growing just as technologies are developing worldwide. In this new phase, strive to be the best, never stop being curious about innovations, seek unconventional solutions, and on your path to inventions, learn to embrace failures," said Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zivile Sedereviciute-Paciauskiene.
The graduates were also congratulated by Arvydas Paukstys, the founder of "Teltonika," who invited the new specialists to join his company. "Teltonika needs engineers and professionals, which you will become with practice. This journey involves many mistakes during the learning process, but that's how experience is gained. However, if you want to become professionals, join us."
The ceremony began with awarding the best master's thesis authors, presented by Dr. Eldar Sabanovic, secretary of the IEEE Lithuania Section Board.
After the diplomas were distributed to the new alumni, Electronics faculty graduate Audrius Narmontas reflected on the challenging academic journey during their studies.
"Our time at VILNIUS TECH was not only about academic achievements but also a test of our endurance and adaptability. We faced challenges that sometimes made us doubt our choices, but we did not give up, and today we are here. This has shaped us into who we are today. Moving forward, I hope you do not forget the friendships made here," said the alumnus.
On Friday, the last two diploma awarding ceremonies will take place for the graduates of the Faculty of fundamental sciences.
