The Information Technologies and Systems Center (ITSC) carries out the development, design, implementation and development of information systems and web pages in accordance with the procedure for the development of information systems development (projects) service approved by the Rector's Order No 1119 of 2014-02-03.

- internal - initiated by the rector, vice rectors or the head of the ITSC and approved by the rector;
- external - institutional projects, the coordinator or partner of which is VILNIUS TECH, or they can benefit the university.
All work on the development of information systems is planned, the expected project costs are estimated, and the necessary work is planned. Job planning begins when the ITSC Head receives a Rector-approved project account.
The project is considered to be complete when the objectives and desired results are set out in the project account and are implemented for use with IT support / maintenance continuity assurance.
