This initiative is made possible by the strategic collaboration between Google and Carinthia University of Applied Sciences (CUAS), an associated partner of the ATHENA European University Alliance. The said collaboration was initiated in 2023 and positioned CUAS as the sole university in Austria authorised to deliver innovative learning opportunities through Google-affiliated courses.
 

Expanding Educational Horizons Through Google Scholarships
 

Students who avail themselves of these scholarships will access five specialised micro-credential courses offered via the online platform Coursera. These courses cover a range of vital skills for the modern workforce, including Data Analytics, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce, IT Support, Project Management, and UX Design. Each course is designed to equip students with the essential tools needed to thrive in various professional environments, enhancing their marketability and job readiness.
 

CUAS Hosts Exclusive Google Analytics Bootcamp
 

In addition to the online courses, CUAS is also hosting a virtual Google Analytics Bootcamp on 8th June at the university. This event offers a chance for participants to earn the Google Analytics 4 Certificate, providing hands-on experience that is directly applicable in the workplace. Employers highly value such qualifications, and many students have successfully used this additional credential to secure jobs and internships, enhancing their CVs significantly.
 

 

Students interested in one of the 50 scholarships for the micro-credentials should register via this form before June 9th (Sunday), 2024. The selection process is on a first-come-first-served basis.

 

Registration for the Google Analytics Bootcamp on 8 June will open in mid-May and will be announced on the ATHENA website.
