The goal of the programme is to prepare creative minded bachelors of civil engineering who are able to plan, design, organize and manage construction and real estate development projects: organize building construction processes, to manage the construction project or its part, to select rational building construction technologies, to manage building maintenance processes, to rationally use building materials and energy resources, reduce labour costs, perform a quality assessment of construction works, analyse documentation of buildings' design and construction, apply modern technologies to solve the complex problems of construction projects' and facilities' management, to analyse, plan and manage real estate development, finance and investments, estimate the strategic prospects of the company and business, to plan, organize, control and evaluate individual and team work, manage it, effectively communicate with colleagues and project participants, to share and argue ideas and decisions.

What skills will I gain?

Graduates of this programme are able to:

effectively organize and manage the construction works; manage construction projects or their parts; participate in preparation of construction projects; manage preparation of technological part;
make effective decisions in the field of construction technology and management; assess risks and mechanisms of control; forecast impact of made decisions on environment and humankind; expertly tackle arising problems;
select innovative technological solutions and apply them during the construction process; assess economic effect; apply in practice skills of work with measurement and analysis devices, and work in laboratories;
plan, organize, control and assess one’s own work and team work; lead work; effectively communicate with colleagues and project members; collect, organize and summarize information; solve problems; communicate ideas and solutions and support them;
understand processes occurring in the real estate market as a whole; to address main problems of modern real estate management industry; to develop and adapt to dynamic industry environment; to analyse and plan real estate development, finances and investments; to assess performance results; to analyse company’s and business’ strategic prospects; to manage real estate development projects.
