Responsibilities
This entry level position offers excellent career and growth opportunities for talented, highly motivated professionals. Initial responsibilities will include:
- Managing the execution of individual project workstreams. This typically includes developing hypotheses; managing and organising data collection to understand its meanings, model creation and analysis; conducting primary and secondary research; creatively tackling information limitations; and surfacing insights.
- Gathering and Analysing data to understand trends and presenting this in visual ways to clients.
- Supporting in project delivery through accurate and high quality execution.
- The opportunity to obtain the training and guidance, while at the same time being part of an ambitious start up.
- You will be offered in depth training, above and beyond what is typical.
What makes a great candidate
- This entry level role is open to candidates in their final year of study and beyond, looking to start a full-time role in 2026.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline. Ideally Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science or, Engineering with strong quantitative applications.
- Candidates who are excited to work in an entrepreneurial environment, focused on delivering impact.
- Strong analysis, documentation, and communication skills.
- Be independent and work under limited supervision respecting defined timelines.
- Be able to find innovative, practical and flexible solutions to business issues.
- Present effectively results, potential issues and implications
- Excellent command of English language (verbal and written).
- Ability to manage a heavy work volume and meet deadlines in an extremely fast paced environment.
- Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality.

- Initial CV interview
- Case Interview – an interactive exercise in analytical thinking that allows us to assess how you approach and evaluate a problem. These cases, often based on real-world challenges, will give you a glimpse into the kinds of problems we solve for our clients
- Technical Interview – you will receive detailed materials to complete a practical modelling exercise designed to simulate the key responsibilities of the role. You will then present your approach, methodology, and results to an interviewer, demonstrating your technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and alignment with the job requirements.
