About institute

Institute of Dynamic Management started its activities in September 2017.

The Institute's activities are oriented to the technology and innovation, dissemination and implementation of management processes, and also the development and improvement of management and control instruments for technological advancement and technological modernisation of the economic life of the society.

The Institute focuses on Sustainable Development and Circular Economy.
The Institute's mission is to provide and complement the basic and applied research and experimental development work carried out at VILNIUS TECH in the fields of sustainable development and circular economy.

Aims of the Institute:

VILNIUS TECH as a technological profile in the university education and research institution, achieve the goals of the integrity of research on the profile of technology and social sciences
To develop management and public governance tools to enhance technological progress and innovation activities in the Lithuanian context;
To develop the management support systems necessary for the activation of technological progress, and to develop theoretical and methodological solutions for the creation of such systems.

Activities and achievements

Institute’s section at the Business and Management 2022 conference
The Institute's section "Green Economy and Sustainable Development" at the Business and Management 2022 conference attracted a great attention from both Lithuanian and foreign speakers. A total of 18 papers were presented.

The "Involving Students in Research" initiative

Jurgita Raudeliūnienė, the supervisor of the winning student Norvilas Žukauskas (1st year, VVfsv-21 group student), prepared a theoretical study on the topic of "Peculiarities of business logistics projects management leading to sustainable development"; it is planned to present the theoretical study at the conference "Business and Management 2022" in the section of Green Economy and Sustainable Development.
Aurelija Burinskienė, the supervisor of the winning student Gintare Byčenkaite (2nd year, VVf-20/1 group) to prepare a publication on "The impact of technology on sustainable resource use"; the results are planned to be presented at the Green Economy and Sustainable Development section of the Business and Management 2022 conference.
