This year on 28th of March at 18:10 o‘clock in SRK-I 210 room by Management department invitation will be visiting Senior Team Leader of Global Asset Services Lina Pivoriūtė-Palubinskienė from Danske Bank Global Services Lithuania. She has five years’ work experience with team management which members most of come from Y generation. Her basic experience working in bank is 13 years. Her interest’s area is finances and banks adaptation to new technologies, leadership, continued learning and personal development.
She will make a lecture in the topic "Generation Y. Practical aspects".
What about is the topic "Generation Y. Practical aspects"? Every new generation brings new attitude to workplace that are different from current employees’ attitude. What aspects are important about Y generation? What is important to it? What are advantages and disadvantages of this generation comparing with other generations? How to make stronger relation between these different generations and how to stimulate them to work together for better results?
