2nd May lectures by prof. dr. Yulia Stukalina
The Faculty of Business Management is pleased to announce the lectures to be given by Prof. Yulia Stukalina (Latvia), Transport and Telecommunication Institute.
The lectures will take place:
“HR Strategies / Strategic HRM” at 10:20 - 11:55, 2 May; the Auditorium SRK-I 304. The lectures are organized and moderated by Assoc. Prof. R.Korsakienė, dr. L.Lobanova (Department of Management).
“Corporate diversification strategies” from 18.00 pm, 2 May; the Auditorium SRK-I 623 The lectures are organized and moderated by Assoc. Prof. R.Korsakienė (Department of Management).
Yulia Stukalina received her Ph.D. in Management Science (Dr.sc.admin.) from the University of Latvia. Currently, she is a Professor at Transport and Telecommunication Institute (Latvia). Yulia Stukalina teaches a number of management-related subjects (in English). Her research areas include Human Resource Management and Leadership, Strategic Management, Educational Management. Yulia Stukalina has expert status of the Latvian Council of Science in Management.
The lectures will highlight key issues in Strategic Human Resources and critical challenges inherent in the nature of HR decision making, as well as different types of diversification strategies aimed at accomplishing a competitive advantage of a modern enterprise.
