During May 13 - 17 Assoc. Prof. dr. Andrius Tamosiunas of Dep. of Management under invitation of Assoc. Prof. Jose Novais Santos, Lisbon School of Economics & Management, via Erasmus + programme have been visiting University of Lisbon (Universidade de Lisboa), Lisbon School of Economics & Management, Portugal.

During this visit:

• the lectures were given on “Changing Enterprise Business Model: Functions and Measures in the Context of Secular Economies, technology progress” to the audience of the last year students for bachelor degree. Management experience, challenges and solutions of business model changes of organizations operating as in public as in private sectors in Lithuania and other EU members have been reviewed;
• scientific seminar was organized during which the lecture was given on management of organizations business model changes;
• workshops of the students were attended;
• possibilities were discussed concerning teachers’ mobility and cooperation with the of Assoc. Prof. Jose Novais Santos, Lisbon School of Economics & Management.
