Don‘t miss: cycle of lectures with digital communication expert Dario Sipos
The Deparment of Business Technologies and Entrepreneurship is pleased to announce the lectures to be given by Dario Sipos, Digital Strategist in Expert International (Czech Republic).
The lectures will take place: at 18:10 – 19:45 on 25th, 26th and 27th of March, the Auditorium SRA-II 08.
Dario Sipos is Digital Strategist in Expert International which is the largest consumer electronics retailer in the world (3300 electronics stores and 19 billion euro turnover). For them and each country where they are present, Dario does digital expansion, development and increasing the share of the online business. D. Sipos does this from creating a Brand Story to engaging in social media and technical setups of web-shops, creating Omnichannel Journey. Also, Dario serves as Export Director in company K+B Progres, which is the largest company in Bavaria-Germany doing wholesale (existing from 1960), his job was to expand the business, and he did so in 22 countries. He also started few companies for export including few digital media, created few expansions of brands and brands and pages of successful now brands like www.ecg-electro.eu.
Expert International is the largest retailer in the world of consumer electronics. They have a compelling story started in 1960-is, and they present a real challenge in digital communication as they conduct sales in multiple countries, combining multiple of everything (languages, cultures, etc.) while keeping it under same “marketing umbrella”.
The lectures will be practical with a series of real examples, concluded with a real live improvement of a business case:
- Reasons and methods of using Digital Solutions for Global Expansion
- Using Brand Story Telling as the main component of low-cost expansion methods
- Organic Traffic as a base of dominating the internet, a creation of keywords and best practices
- Managing remote teams using technology, and dealing with strong local competition
- Designing a global E-commerce site based on best practices, incorporating future trends in the field
- Omnichannel Journey - Customer journey is omnichannel with unique contextual signals
- Data Attribution in Customer Journey, methods for tracking users and calculating ROAS (Return on Ads)
- Improving an existing e-commerce Business on real live example (analyzing, tools, conclusions, actions) of a few EU countries
After lessons, students are given the option to create their business project and get guidance on proper methodology.
