On 12-14th of November in 2018 associate professor of Management department from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University Dr. Laima Jesevičiūtė-Ufartienė was lecturing and making discussion with doctoral students of Economics, Management and Institution department at The University of Naples Federico II (Italy, Naples). Topics of seminars: "Customer perception and attitude for change", "Leadership for change in an organization".

During this Erasmus+ visit, the associate professor was interactively working with young scientists while analyzing and comparing ongoing and potentially feasible studies in Italy and Lithuania. The topics were related with perception, habits and attitude of consumers, how these aspects are influencing their choices and how it could be changed. Another topic was related with the importance of leadership in the organization and the study process.

During this meeting, doctoral students made a list of their phd thesis topics and their contacts. This information could be relevant for the doctoral students of Business management faculty at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University while initiating collaboration and common surveys.
