Dr Laima Jeseviciute-Ufartiene visited Tunis El Manar University
On 11-15th of February in 2019 associate professor of Management department from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University phd. Laima Jeseviciute-Ufartiene was lecturing and making discussion with marketing and management specialization students and young researches of Economics science faculty, Tunis El Manar University (Tunis, Tunis).
During this Erasmus+ visit, the associate professor was interactively working with students and young scientists (doctoral students) while analyzing ongoing and potentially feasible studies and research in marketing. Doctoral students are working on interesting and relevant research – audition sense of consumer application to encourage the purchase process. Thus, research perspectives, similarities and differences in Tunisia, Europe and Lithuania were discussed, analyzing organizational management and leadership issues. In addition, the importance of leadership in the organization and the study process has been explored.
Quality of study and collaboration were discussed during meeting with head of Marketing and doctoral student department prof. dr. Kaouther Ben Rached and head of Management Houyem El Fekih Jarray.
The experience gained during the visit will be used as examples for students during lectures and identifying opportunities for collaboration in the preparation of scientific projects.
Tunis El Manar University was founded in 2000. The university has more than 11 different departments of science. This university has been awarded the 1st place among the Tunisian universities in 2018-2019. This university is at 689 place among the best universities in the World.
