From university of Lomza, Poland Phd. Urszula Widelska will give a practical lecture on the topic „Leadership managing marketing: modeling picture of suitable leader“
This year on 6th of December at 18:10 o‘clock in SRK-I 701 room by Management department invitation will be visiting prof. phd. Urszula Widelska from university of Lomza, Poland. She is deputy Head of the Department of Economics and Finance at the Faculty of Social and Humanities, an editor-in-chief of the scientific journal "Marketing i Rynek", an author of several dozen scientific publications focused on customer orientation and relationships in business. Phd. U.Widelska is the expert in the project for business, the author of business strategies, the member of the board of research company VIVADE. She is a manager and implementer of many research projects, including a grant financed by the National Science Center in Poland.
Phd. Urszula Widelska will give a practical lecture on the topic „Leadership managing marketing: modeling picture of suitable leader“. Phd. Urszula Widelska says:
“Customer orientation is the basis of modern marketing. The ability to implement it in an organization requires leadership competences and high managerial awareness.” Thus, the aim of the lecture will be to create a model of a customer-oriented organization and to get acquainted with the results of applied research on this issue.
