Guest lecture: „Cognizant“ Learning&Development specialist „Change management”
Learning&Development specialist Marija Miselytė comes from JSC „Cognizant“ on November 24th at 12:10 pm (in Zoom environment) by the invitation of the Management Department. Marija Miselytė will share insights about change management. How people are reacting to changes? What can organizations do to help employees accept it easier?
Marija Miselytė - Learning & Development Specialist at Cognizant. She has 10 years of experience in HR & Recruitment, mostly in the IT area. Her work history comes from the following companies: IBM, Platform Lunar, NFQ, CVO Recruitment, Nordea, and Swedbank. Recently she defended her Ph.D. in Organizational psychology. For her Ph.D. thesis, Marija researched proactive work behavior.
