Department of Economics Engineering invitation on October 12th at 16:20 will be guest lecturer - Karolis Kaminskas lecture „Employee Onboarding Framework“.

Karolis has been working with the Employee Onboarding Framework for at least eight years within SEB. During this journey, he had many different roles related to onboarding, such as a Tutor, Tutor Trainer, Knowledge Transfer Concept Owner and now as an HR Learning and Development Specialist.

 In this lecture we will speak about:

Tutorship
Roles and responsibilities within an organisation
Technical tools used for onboarding
Follow-up structure
The main purpose why is it so important to have an employee onboarding framework is to improve the efficiency of the onboarding process.
This lecture will also include real-life examples as well as tips and tricks from Karolis personal experience.
