Indrė Lisauskaitė, a representative of Ernst & Young (EY), will deliver the lecture
On behalf of the invitation of Head of the Department of Economic Engineering Prof. Dr. Daiva Jurevičienė Indrė Lisauskaitė, the Senior Manager in the Strategy and Transactions team at Ernst & Young (EY), will deliver students the practical lecture “ M&A Process and its Steps” on 2 December at 14:30 in P2 148.
Indre Lisauskaitė is a Senior Manager in the Strategy and Transactions team at Ernst & Young (EY), one of the biggest global audit and consulting firms. She focuses on advising company shareholders and management on the sale of company shares, acquisitions, capital raise and other transaction related areas. Indre holds CFA qualification and Master’s degree in Banking and Financial Services from the University of Glasgow. Prior to joining EY in Lithuania back in 2020, she was based in the UK working in Lead M&A roles.
Over the last 15 years Indre worked on transactions in the Baltics and wider Europe, supporting clients in a variety of industries including energy and utilities, technology, manufacturing and other.
Indre will share her experience in running the M&A transactions and a practical perspective on issues arising in these processes.
