Lecture about leadership
On April 22nd at 12.10h a special guest, invited by Management department, Inga Balutė, Head of Insurance Operations Services, Customer Services, Life & Pension, SEB will talk about Life in international matrix organisation.
During this lecture we will deep dive into life in an international matrix organisation – different reporting lines, agendas, targets and follow up. Another aspect - being part of international team – how do you work when your department is spread between Vilnius and Stockholm? How Covid affected us, then flying out to visit your stakeholders or colleagues is not an option.
Inga Balutė - Head of Insurance Operations Services Department within SEB Global Services. Inga have 15+ years background in working within Operations and change areas in banking industry. In her current role she is managing a department of 50+ people, spread between Vilnius and Stockholm.
