Lecture by Ieva Valavičiūtė
Project Coordinator Ieva Valavičiūtė comes from JSC Lithuanian Railways on April 11th at 2:30 pm (SRA-01 auditorium) by the invitation of the Management Department. I. Valavičiūtė is willing to share her practical experience with students on what to do to ensure that both the blue-collar workers and top managers are aware of the company’s strategy. In this lecture we will try to find connections between company‘s strategy and basketball, and analyse the real, creative example of the attempt to share key messages of our strategy with more than 3,000 employees of Infrastructure Directorate of JSC Lithuanian Railways.
