Lecture by Kristijonas Žibutis
Kristijonas Žibutis is a graduate of Copenhagen Business School, a serial entrepreneur, and a mentor for a number of startups. One of the most successful ventures that he embarked was Match My Thesis - the largest platform in Europe connecting students with companies for university thesis project collaborations. Lego, Volvo, Telia, and a number of other global companies use the platform and consultancy services to solve some of the most critical business and technological challenges. During the lecture, Kristijonas will speak about how to evaluate a business idea? What mistakes to avoid when starting a startup? The importance of positioning, generic strategies, growth channel selection and other key topics based on his own experience as well as case studies from global companies.
