On 14th of November, 14:30, SRK-I 713 Client Executive for Large Corporates at SEB bank – Rokas Žemaitis, who has over 10 years of experience in banking industry, will lead a lecture „Business Finance and Ways of Financing Business“. The guest is invited by the Department of Finance Engineering.

SEB is a leading Northern European Financial Group providing banking services to nearly 400,000 companies and institutions, and nearly 5 million private individuals. Rokas Žemaitis has more than 10 years experience in corporate banking industry, currently he is responsible for client relationships with largest Lithuanian and international corporates, that are looking for financing and other banking services. Bachelor’s degree in business management (VGTU, 2009), master’s degree in International Marketing and Management ( ISM University of Management and Economics, 2011), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation (2018), which is considered as one of the most respected and recognized investment management designations in the industry.

The lecture will cover business finance, the main bank products and their differences, the methodology used by the bank to assess financial and credit risks. Students will be presented some financial indicators of certain companies. Credit decisions that are made will be explained.
