Professor Erro-Garcés comes from the Public University of Navarre (Spain) on May 10th at 10:20 am (SRK II-302 auditorium) by the invitation of the Management Department. Amaya Erro-Garcés is willing to share her practical experience with students about new tendencies in the future industry and new professions. Lecture topic "Essentials in Business Management. Tendencies and Management 4.0".

Open Innovation, Big Data, personal branding or industry 4.0 are some of these new tendencies that change the organizational behavior. Managers and all employees should adapt themselves to these changes and new jobs appear. Even more, companies should be managed in a different way to succeed in the digital transformation process. In this lecture, I will present these tendencies and some examples of companies that experienced these tendencies. This lecture is for people interested in their future and looking for new jobs and the competences needed to succeed in this environment. Professor Erro-Garcés worked as General Manager of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and, consequently, she is in contact with main Spanish companies
