On 27th of February at 18:10, in room SRK-I 709 Prof. Dr. Paul Goldmann (Germany) will present a practical lecture “SAME AND YET DIFFERENT? SPECIFICS OF INTERNATIONAL HRM”.
On 27th of February at 18:10 and 18:10, in room SRK-I 709, we are delighted to welcome Professor Dr. Paul Goldmann from Germany (Westsächsische Hochschule Zwickau University of Applied Sciences). The professor visits by invitation of the Department of Management and the Department of Business Technology and Entrepreneurship.
Paul is a researcher in various fields including competencies for digital transformation, user-centricity in human resources management, new work, leadership, and diversity management. He will present a practical lecture “Same and yet different? Specifics of international HRM”. During the lecture, Paul will delve into the specifics of international human resource management. He will cover relevant theoretical and practical aspects, as well as discuss cultural considerations when managing international personnel. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and gain practical insights.
