In this lecture, Liudvikas Mikalauskas, an experienced professional in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), will delve into various aspects of outsourcing: what is outsourcing, what and why do companies outsource, what is important while delivering services, Lithuania as an outsourcing partner.
 

Liudvikas has a rich professional journey spanning over 12 years in BPO, particularly in the insurance domain. With a decade of management experience, he has successfully led both local and international teams. Currently, he oversees a team of approximately 150 professionals who handle outsourced processes for Danish insurance clients from Vilnius.

This lecture promises valuable insights in understanding the dynamics of outsourcing in today’s interconnected business world.
