About the lecture
Data is now more valuable than ever before because of the insights it can provide about a company’s products and its customers. Artificial intelligence allow banks to focus on their customers by leveraging the data that they own to gain essential insights. This will in turn allow banks to personalise and enhance the customer journey, making it as frictionless as possible, by manipulating the data to offer real-time recommendations.
Future banking will be insights-driven and purposeful. By 2030, leading banks will use technology and far deeper customer insight to insert financial services at the customer's moment of need, often at the expense of brand visibility.
Karolina Griciūnė started her career as a data scientist 7 years ago and now she is a leading data scientist and head of Behavioural Modelling team in Danske Bank.
