Lectures by Florian Chitic
This year on 26th and 27th of March at 18:10 o‘clock in SRK-I 624 room by Management department invitation will be visiting Florian Chitic from Ingolstadt School of Management. He will make a lecture and practical tasks in the topic ‚Application of Reflective organization theory in strategic management’ which is a part of module „Theory of Organization“.
Florian Chitic is phd. student at Ingolstadt School of Management. He researches and teaches for Chair of Organizational Theory and HRM Prof. Dr. Max Ringlstetter at the WFI - Ingolstadt School of Management (Germany). After completing his master's degree in International Management at Babes-Bolyai University Cluj, Romania, and Seoul National University in Seoul, South Korea, where Florian Chitic graduated as the best-in-class graduate, he is now doing his doctorate on morality and innovation. In addition to his dissertation, he founded the company talentefinder®, where he is managing director. His research interests include sales, innovation, organizational theory and intrapreneurship.
