At May 10 on behalf of the invitation of the Business Technologies and Entrepreneurship Department, professor Erro-Garcés from the Public University of Navarre (Spain) gave a lecture for Business Logistic program students. Amaya Erro-Garcés did share her practical experience with students about new tendencies in the future industry and new professions. Lecture topic "Essentials in Business Management. Tendencies and Management 4.0".
 

Business Logistic study program is very closely connected with a topics of the proposed lecture. Open Innovation, Big Data, personal branding or industry 4.0 are some of these new tendencies that change the organizational behavior. Managers and all employees should adopt themselves to these changes and new jobs appear. Even more, companies should be managed in a different way to succeed in the digital transformation process. In this lecture was presented these tendencies and some examples of companies that experienced these tendencies. Professor Erro-Garcés worked as General Manager of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and, consequently, she is in contact with main Spanish companies.
