Students from the International Ukrainian School in Lithuania visited the Faculty of Business Management at VILNIUS TECH
Recently, students from the International Ukrainian School in Lithuania visited the Faculty of Business Management at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VILNIUS TECH).
During the visit, Dr Algita Miečinskienė, Head of the Department of Financial Engineering, introduced the English-taught programmes offered by the Faculty of Business Management, including the Financial Engineering programme, which aims to equip future finance professionals with a comprehensive knowledge of modern financial phenomena and the sustainable development of the financial system.
Students also learned how to combine theory with practice through hands-on learning opportunities, including working with the Bloomberg Terminal, completing internships at leading financial companies, and gaining international experience through Erasmus+ mobility programmes.
The visitors were also interested in the admissions process, required documents, and scholarship opportunities. These topics were explained in detail by Ina Gujiene, Vice-Director of the International Studies Centre.
The visit was organised by Dr Lesya Kolinets, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Business Management.
We hope the meeting was informative and inspiring, and we look forward to welcoming many of these students to VILNIUS TECH next year.
