We invite you on Tuesday, 4 April: 18:10 – 19:45 h  SRK-I 620 aud. to participate in an open lecture about coaching, which introduce the Assist. Prof. Angelina Rosha, PhD (Riga Technical University).

Companies need to find new ways to help employees to enhance their awareness of the changes needed and encourage them to take more responsibility for their own development and growth. Coaching, along with mentoring and consultancy, is considered as one of facilitating activities for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of leaders and employees by promoting their development and growth.
Coaching is discussed based on the author’s dissertation research. Particular emphasis is placed on the methods for assessing the impact of coaching programs on a company’s performance.
