VGTU representative gave lectures to foreign students in Germany
Assoc. Prof. dr. Andrius Tamosiunas of Dep. of Social Economics and Management of Business Management Faculty of Gediminas Technical University (VGTU) via Erasmus+ programme have been participating in the international teaching week of Wurzburg-Schweinfurt University of Applied Sciences (Germany) on May 29 - June 2.
The teacher gave lectures on topic “Management of processes of enterprise restructuring” to the audience of international students of Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. Management experience, challenges and solutions of restructuring organizations operating as in public as in private sectors in Lithuania and other EU members have been reviewed.
Also, during the international teaching week, possibilities for students and teachers’ mobility have been discussed with prof. dr. M. Kiesel, Head of International Management Dep. of Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. Cooperation possibilities on scientific research have been discussed with prof. dr. S. Hillebrecht, Head of Media Management, Human Resources Management bachelor programmes as well as with other scientists of foreign high schools (Poland, Finland, Holland).
Wurzburg-Schweinfurt University of Applied Sciences is one of the biggest universities in Bavaria: 23 bachelor’s programs, 18 master’s programs; 10 faculties, 6 research institutes; 230 professors currently working with 9500 students studying.
