As part of the CATCHANGE project "Leading Universities - Catalysts for Change", partners from Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia have developed training programmes on Academic Leadership and Design Thinking, and a framework for motivation to overcome technophobia in higher education. At the end of October, the curricula will be tested, and university staff from all three countries will be invited not only to test the curriculum, but also to provide their comments and observations and to share practical examples, experiences and good practices. Such a joint process of co-developing a training module will hopefully show a broader vision of academic leadership and will be attractive for further use later on. After testing, it is envisaged that the curricula will be prepared for inclusion in the register of refresher courses.
