Studies
The Department of Business Technologies and Entrepreneurship coordinates 3 study programmes:
Bachelor‘s Degree study programmes: Business Logistics, Business Management;
Master's Degree study programme: Business Management.
The head of the bachelor's degree study programme "Business Logistics" has been appointed professor prof. dr. Vida Davidavičienė, study programme curator is lecturer Vita Marytė Janušauskienė.
The head of the bachelor's degree study programmes "Business Management" has been appointed associate professor dr. Jolanta Sabaitytė, study programme curator is associate professor dr. Alma Mačiulytė-Šniukienė. The head of the master‘s degree study programmes "Business Management" has been appointed associate professor dr. Alma Mačiulytė-Šniukienė.
The professors of the Department apply innovative teaching methods and technologies. Since 2011, in order to improve the quality of studies, the Department staff have participated in the project for updating study programmes in Management and Economics fields.
Orienting the Department study programmes into student's independent learning and lifelong learning, such forms of teaching and learning as problem teaching, case studies, interactive (computerized) tasks, discussions, presentations, writing works, project preparation, individual and group work, and others, are developed.
Effective support for students is the provision of teaching/learning materials in the Moodle environment. The lecturers present the study subject programme, the list of references, the lecture presentations, the tasks of independent work and seminars, the system for assessing learning achievements, self-control questions and other relevant information.
