The writing of a thesis and other academic papers involves a wide range of problems, such as compiling, analysing, and systematising information, creating and translating coherent, consistent text, and layout, among others. The VILNIUS TECH Library offers a tool to help you write academic papers in English. Writefull is our university's subscription-based academic English language editor. The tool corrects grammar, vocabulary, and punctuation. It uses artificial intelligence to analyse the vast amount of research papers in its database and to select sentence structures and field-specific terms.

Writefull for Word is a proofreading plugin for Microsoft Word. After installing the plugin, the Writefull icon will appear in the top toolbar of your Word document. Writefull Revise is an online platform where you can upload and proofread your work. The tool reviews grammar, style, and word usage, that is, it checks for errors in the text. Create a personal account to use this tool.*

Writefull Cite checks for the proper use of in-text citations by reviewing the text and highlighting sentences that should contain citations with references to sources.
