CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS

VILNIUS TECH organises several conferences annually, including Young Scientists, as well as national and international conferences.

The publication of conference papers may be carried out by the conference organiser or by the Library's publishing department.

The publishing process includes:

• Preparation of draft for conference publication;
• Technical editing of the article;
• Layout and correction;
• Registration of ISBN and ISSN;
• Uploading layouts, publishing online, and managing metadata;
• Registration of Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for all publications;
• Preparation of print version.

The centralized VILNIUS TECH conference organization platform provides significant advantages for both conference organizers and conference speakers, ensuring smooth event organization, information dissemination, and high-quality data management.

Conferences organised by the University are hosted in the VILNIUS TECH institutional repository, which supports Open Access. This ensures long-term archiving and uninterrupted access to digital space.
