Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VILNIUS TECH) aims to make its scientific journals accessible to a wider range of researchers. The content of the scientific journals published by VILNIUS TECH is visible not only on the journal publishing website journals.vilniustech.lt but also in databases recognised and valued by the scientific community.

Following the signing of a cooperation agreement with the EBSCO Publishing database, the new VILNIUS TECH scientific journal, New Trends in Computer Sciences, will soon be indexed in this database.

The newly established New Trends in Computer Sciences publishes original research articles on topics of computer engineering. The aim is to disseminate the latest knowledge to researchers and the academic community that are interested in the latest advances in computer engineering, applied computer science, information and application systems concepts, strategies, practises, tools, and technologies. The journal is published using an Open Access model, and all articles are published under a CC-BY 4.0 licence.
