"Move"

Training duration: 30-60 min.
Intensity: individual
FOR THOSE WHO HAVE ONE OF SPORTS MODULE CHOSEN, WE RECOMMEND WORKING OUT TWICE A WEEK!
"Move" is a self-directed workout using the Strava app.
You are advised to choose from the following: fast walking, running or cycling.
Minimum requirements for one training session:
- Walking and running: 3 km (or more) for girls, 4 km (or more) for boys;
- Cycling: 7 km (or more) for girls, 10 km (or more) for boys.
The training should be done twice a week. In bad weather conditions when missing the training, three workouts can be done the week after. Since everyone trains individually, the training type and time can be chosen to fit individual’s needs.
The selected workout or type of sport can be changed at any time. For instance, one workout can be a quick walk and another one – running or cycling.
Assessment criteria for students who chose "Physical Activity and Health" or "Healthy Lifestyle": 20 workout reports + self-control test. Self-control test includes:
- Walking and running: 1 km for girls, 2 km for boys - fast distance covering (according to physical capacity);
- Cycling: 3 km for girls, 5 km for boys - fast distance covering.

After registration, each student will receive a QR code. Student must send QR code with each of their reports.
