- What to bring to the training? Sportswear and clean sports shoes are required.

Registration and classes will begin on September 8, 2025.
The "Fitbox" training system is designed for healthy and able to exercise people who want to get stronger, more familiar with kickboxing technique, challenge themselves in sports or simply diversify their leisure time. Fit boxing training includes learning kickboxing techniques, doing a lot of body-strengthening exercises and simply having fun. The training system consists of four main components:
- basic kickboxing technique;
- combat kickboxing technique;
- functional training;
- dynamic games
