Body balance
- Training duration: 60 min.
- Intensity: medium
- Physical skills being developed: Training for all muscle groups. The individually selected training will be tailored to fit everyone’s physical abilities.
- What to bring to the training? Sportswear and clean athletic shoes.
In this programme, the trainer individually selects exercises that strengthen individual muscle groups and improves general physical fitness. Exercises for stretching, stabilization, strength, endurance, balance or coordination are used. Small groups.

REGISTRATION:
Select the day and time when you wish to attend lectures and fill in the registration form. After registration each student will receive a QR code. Student must bring QR code to the lectures.
